      Avantages

      Small organisation, which still has the Australian family business feel to it in envronment. Ability to work with some of the top law firms worldwide.

      Inconvénients

      Work is managed on a adhoc basis, nothing is documented and saved, processesare not adhered to, roles and resposibilites are blurred and heroric are the call of the day. Have been known to lose important documentation/contracts, limiting ability for company to get the money its owed.

      Avantages

      Was a fun work environment to be in. Lots of cool people if you weren't involved in any of the drama. Easy to balance work and school. Great pay for being in college. Lots of parties after work and free food/drinks.

      Inconvénients

      People only collaborated with the people in the department. There is no room for career advancement and everyone is expendable at Billback. Management is severely lacking. The company is slowly going to die out because only a handful of people actually do their job while most employees are a waste to be there for 40 hours a week.
