      Avantages

      -The most flexible online company out there. -There is room for growth because they have different programs. -They have hours even on off peak hours. Operates 24/7 like 7/11.

      Inconvénients

      -I wish the rating for technical and lesson issues are separate from performance. :-(

      Thank you for your feedback. You asked. We listened. We are now rolling out an optional pay structure that is independent of student reviews. A teacher would be paid a flat rate that is higher than the industry standard. We have also made our technical infrastructure more robust and dependable to prevent student connection issues.       Inconvénients

      terrible pay, unfair review system (a kid would rate you and if they didn’t want to take the class, they just gave you a bad rating)
