Avantages
iNET is like a family, you will have those you truly enjoy being around and those you just have to deal with, most employees are great. You get back what you put in, meaning if you put in the effort, you'll be rewarded with flexibility and increased pay. Being a smaller shop allows the freedom to work outside of the "normal" scope of your typical job, which is encouraged! The owner takes pride in knowing his employees and is quick to recognize when someone is putting in real effort. You'll always be busy so your work day simply flys by! Management is extremely flexible and understanding that sometimes, life happens. Management is open to new ideas and iNET is a great place to learn since you get to work in many different roles.
Inconvénients
Can be stressful at times due to tight deadlines. Paper checks, that's right no direct deposit which after the novelty wares off becomes a slight inconvenience have to make a trip to the bank. Lower than average pay(at least in the beginning, there really is no cap to how much you can earn). Takes a long time to earn a meaningful amount of vacation time and no paid sick days.
