I love working with the employees at iKey. Having a healthy workplace is very important to me, and iKey ranks at the top. Always responsive to employee's needs, the company has installed a huge gym with great equipment. Many employees work out on breaks, in the morning before or after work. To me, having social events for employees creates a positive healthy work environment. The iKey tradition includes an every Thursday employee 'pick' of a restaurant and food is brought in for all the employees' lunch. Twice a year the company hosts a party for all employees and their families at Dave and Busters, the the children look forward to these events all year. Annually there is a holiday part at Stubbs Barbecue downtown for iKey customers, friends of the company, employees and their spouses or dates. The company hires a band, there is an open bar, and all the barbecue you can eat. Everyone dances and has a good time. I am sure these generous parties cost a fortune, yet this means a lot to the employees because it shows that the company appreciates all of us and our hard work.
