I had an amazing experience here. I loved the culture and the people - it was a great work environment.

I didn't find any cons.

1. People in general are very nice. 2. Work/life balance is very good. The work hours were about 40-60 hours a week, depending on your position. 3.The company is very accommodating, so long as you do your work. There's no problem in working from home, some people were going to school concurrently with work. 4. You learn a lot about the latest technologies. Senior management is very proactive about learning about cutting-edge software/hardware.

1. Communication between different groups is poor. A lot of times different groups don't know what is being done, leading to redundant work, or software written by different groups that is incompatible with each other. 2. There is a lot of manual work on the software side, since a lot of the data given from other groups is not standardized. 3. The IT side is split between two different offices, which leads to inevitable communication problems.
