- flexible work from home arrangement
Inconvénients
- all the heads of departments are not knowledgable with related professions - department heads push the responsibility to others and no solution come up at the end - meaningless meetings everyday, like a drama pretending to work - management sending hundreds of whatsapp messages during non office hours, hugely distributing staff's private life - no support from the UK mother company. "Company of Peter Jones" is just a joke.
