      Salary and benefits are competitive

      Inconvénients

      Expectations are unrealistic, high stress and demand, recruiter does not give a true picture of the real levels of demand and expectations. The training on exp systems is poor. Virtual world is very disconnecting.

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
