      Avantages

      Company is virtual, it is really awesome from working from home and being in a virtual world represented as an avatar. - Hours were great M-F and flexible hours as long as job responsibilities are taken care of. - Co workers and management were awesome, helpful, and knowledgeable. - Clients and customers were fantastic - Pay was Reasonable

      Inconvénients

      - Unable to work overtime without manager approval - Without notice company shut down the department and let everyone go. - As an employee I don't recommend this company as an Real Estate agent it is good.

      The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

      Inconvénients

      all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
