I can't speak to the agent side of things, but being a staff member here is AMAZING! They really care about your well-being, and there is a strong focus on making sure we are happy, healthy, and set up for success. I've worked at 4 brokerages and this is the first time I haven't felt like someone was expecting me to work round the clock. In fact, it's quite the opposite; they offer coaching presentations once a quarter about topics like putting down your work at the end of the day. Also it's incredibly inclusive - we celebrate Pride month, mental health awareness, Black History month, we have Diversity and Inclusiveness trainings... it's just really amazing. Oh! And they really care about staff feedback and improving the work experience for everyone. And we get great benefits (health, dental, eyes, life insurance, stock grants, etc) and get free access to health apps like Calm and Vitality. I love it here!
Inconvénients
If you aren't comfortable working from home, this isn't the place for you. If that's something that you're unsure about, though - we have a virtual world we have offices in, we're constantly in contact with each other, and many of us feel like we have better connectedness here than we did at previous jobs.
