Avantages
It used to be flexible at times as usually can choose when you start work each day but amount of flexibility regarding which day you work has been eroded this year.
Inconvénients
Low pay (minimum wage) for what is expected of you . Often the time given for each call is insufficient so it is very stressful. Having to do work at home which is unpaid due to needing to download briefs so you know what you’re doing .Can’t wait until you’re in Store due to lack of wi fi and lack of call time. Constant Telegram messaging,again having to read in your own time as not enough time once at work as calls and timesheet does not allow for that. Poor Management who really do not care about their workers. Felt totally under appreciated here compared to when I worked for Oakwood,tuped over from them.
