Everyone works hard and the coding work is intense, but employees work together and learn from each other. They want full use of mobile applications so there is opportunity to learn new applications for the system.

While there is opportunity for growth, there is a not a clear promotional path. A Senior type of position is possibly available. However, they do give merit increases for good performance.
