Avantages
There is nothing to like it's a corrupt culture, management is very poor and they treat employees like animals, They are just greedy hungry hounds blaming recruiters for everything and no one is listening to these poor recruiters.
Inconvénients
Team leader and Account Managers repeatedly keep cursing recruiter for PIP or Termination. There is no one they can ask for help even their HR also is biased by them. Don't ever join Eteam they will make you sick as they are and finally you will quit like lot of people with nice humour done.
