Slow to start but once a client is interested, they are all over the task. Consistent emails, phone calls and support. The onboarding team has some kinks but they are better than most.
Inconvénients
Dont respond to emails with emails. Phone calls are good but if you want to engage someone with little time to spare, please use emails!
