Avantages

Some talented people, but most of them leave as they see how the company operates. Usually pay well. Decent employee package. High tech environment and projects. Possible wealth through stock options.

Inconvénients

Have to understand this is a "startup" and they live investment to investment. Management has "favorites." If you like to play politics rather than doing actual work you may fit in very well. Stock options will probably never pan out because management can manipulate at the last minute. Go in for the salary you want because that is all you will probably ever get.

Avantages

Mostly what others have pointed out about food... A very good Solar Tower (CSP) concept that has a very solid business potential, only if it was in the hands of the right leadership team. The work is interesting and challenging at times.

Inconvénients

Management loves to hire graduates from a selected list of name brand schools, and then places them in key positions with little or no real world experience. If you are not a graduate from the management selected short list of pet schools, then chances are that you will be frustrated, even if they do hire you. Equal opportunity and upward mobility seems to be resrved for pet school graduates. The team morale is also low because of lack of clear business strategy and almost incompetant leadership.
