      I don't have anything to say.

      Inconvénients

      Didn't learn anything new. Fixed design and layout are there and you need to adapt same design or layout for other collaterals. Not a friendly work environment.

      Pathetic work culture in every sense! Deduct salary for late coming and very strict timings

      Avantages

      Content team and sales team is good, where you can learn a lot. holidays on odd sat. Take the experience and move on. do not stay if you are efficient and ambitious.

      Inconvénients

      CEO is very fickle minded, not good in communication. Lacks vision and understanding, poor leadership skills. CEO's follows the rule : My way or highway. follow me or else I will throw you. He is full of attitude which is useless. Power struggle between employees. Your Views will not be respected, so dont put it.
