Avantages

Epeople has been the main reason that I was able to hold down a job doing the work that I love. Although I know that there are plenty of Staffing agencies that pay more, have more facilities to choose from and have better benefits, due to certain life circumstances I was unable to be a 5 ☆ employee. And I Do know that Epeople deserves 5☆ employees, on the other hand Epeople knows that sometimes, even if I was practicing 5☆ nursing at my job, my personal life was interfering with my ability to fulfill my commitments of time to facilities. I think that without even knowing it, Epeople saved my career and my mental health and well being. My scheduler, bbaker, has been a Godsend. A Lifesaver. And just one of the most kind and understanding gentle people that I have ever had the good fortune to have been connected with. I genuinely love her.

Inconvénients

Well. Mostly, in my opinion, the hourly wages are too low. And, although I don't remember ever applying for their benefits, I don't think that they are very impressive. And the PTO ...the time it takes to earn any PTO...that really does suck. I really don't like complaining about anything there. But this is my honest opinion.

Avantages

One of the best companies I have worked for. The new "management" cares alot about employees and the company. Is very helpful and always willing to teach. They advocate for their employees to make them successful. It's refreshing to be at a job with such amazing higher-ups.

Inconvénients

There isn't any I can think of truthfully

Avantages

It provides good bit of Flexibility.

Inconvénients

I’ve been with them for 7 years and they have consistently paid me less than all my other agency friends. I really like where I work, but we all know once you start working with an agency, they “own you” once you start working somewhere. When I first got my RN, they tried to start my pay out at $29 (which is a typical TOP pay for an agency LPN!!! Mind you, I am NOT A NEW NURSE and have already been a loyal employee for so long) After much debate, they agreed to pay me $31 (which is still quite a bit lower than other agency LPN’s who recently bridged from LPN to RN.) super frustrating and I now feel like I’m stuck in a bad marriage I can’t get out of unless I leave the place I love yo work.
