Avantages
This company, while small, provides excellent benefits (it even reimburses you for many out-of-pocket costs associated with your health plans) and exudes a "work hard, play hard" mentality. Management is results driven, so if you have an idea or need some hardware to excel at your job, the answer is usually "yes, and go do it" rather than hitting you with 20 questions to justify your ideas. Constant innovation is the hallmark of eMoney.
Inconvénients
Structure has improved but was historically vague. Recent changes seem to have addressed that and while some were painful, they were targeted to needed areas.
