This is by far the most mismanaged and bizarre place I have ever worked. Managers are not team players and do not treat their employees as equals - there are clear favorites. Also, many employees put the CEO on a pedestal as if he’s the greatest thing to ever exist, it’s very odd. Eluma does nothing to improve or encourage their employees. Expectations are very unclear yet you are somehow expected to know what is required of you. If you do decide to interview here I encourage you to ask the following: How do you set your employees up for success? How are goals set and how is performance measured? How is eluma supporting DEI initiatives? How was the previous person in this position successful?
