9yThank you for your feedback. We are glad that you took the time to explain your experiences with us; we are always seeking feedback and looking for ways to improve. AFR continually seeks to provide the best resources available to our team members. As a team, the Underwriting department reviewed the re written guidelines and felt it best to go direct to the source. Unfortunately, this type of scenario fact finding may initially be more time consuming if you are not used to it. In reference to underwriting, the role does involve researching scenarios via agency guidelines. For our new underwriting team members, we provide an initial time period for the team member to receive fewer files per day while they adjust to the new role. In addition, when you start your AFR journey, we provide a full one on one training program, a mentor, a team leader, a scenario desk, access to mid-level and upper level management and then some. We take great pride in giving our Underwriters plenty of support. We are sorry that you did not feel your experience was good and we do appreciate your time in sharing your thoughts and experiences with us.
