Avantages
You'll do a lot of work, have a ton of responsibility, and manage projects other entry-level employees have only dreamed of. You'll grow your resume generously.
Inconvénients
Very low pay. Upper management is unapproachable. Discourages contacting them directly, and insists on working independently versus collaboratively. No opportunity for advancement. No recognition for surpassing goals (they just brush it off as "part of your job" discouraging you to want to succeed again, lowering morale). A LOT of siblings, couples, and other family members work here--hindering creative growth, and preventing a mix of backgrounds to contribute to the bigger picture, thus pigeon-holeing the long-term success of the company. I haven't met anyone at eGain that acknowledged a deadline or followed a timeline.
