Avantages

The people at eFuse are second to none, some of the best in the industry. Fully remote is a big plus, with quarterly all hands meetings. Exciting work and a solid senior leadership team with a great sense of direction.

Inconvénients

No cons to list really, top notch work, top notch people.

Avantages

We have a very talented team that is super supportive and always trying to help each other out. The team is not afraid to try new things because the leadership encourages the team to do so. We have weekly "Tech Talk" meetings where we share the cool stuff we have tried or new patterns we've implemented or even just general tech stuff. eFuse has the best engineering culture I've ever experienced. The core values are good and the engineering team has our own set of values that our manager asked the entire engineering team to help define. Benefits are great: unlimited PTO (and we're asked to take time to make sure we keep a good work life balance), paid healthcare for me and my family, 401k match, very flexible hours, work from home, and quarterly all hands parties at the new office.

Inconvénients

The team is too small for all the projects we are working on or want to work on. This means that sometimes we have to wear multiple hats and delay our projects to help out other teams. It's getting better though as we hire more engineers. We tend to have a lot of large team meetings for planning and stuff even though we probably don't all need to be there. A lot of the team (including some of the leadership) is young and learning together.

Avantages

While leadership is highly unprofessional and fake, there are still good mid and low level employees at the company

Inconvénients

Leadership chases “the next big thing” without any real sense of direction, even when that inevitably fails and they have to layoff dozens of employees. Leadership will constantly lie to staff to cover up issues until they’re caught in lies.
