      Avantages

      Work life balance depends upon your manager. IT team provide the equipment in bad condition and it stopped working after some time so you will be free for 2-3 days while they resolve issue.

      Inconvénients

      Unfair pay for experienced employees while new comers thrives. Bond policy. Promotions almost does not happen,in some cases employee have more experience and technically sound then his manager.

      Avantages

      Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.
