      Avantages

      It looks good on your resume and because they are idiots they'll just keep throwing more money at you to get you to stay (if you even want to stay).

      Inconvénients

      You won't learn a thing because management is completely incompetant and will end up blaming you for their own stupidity. Dilbert cartoons won't seem funny any longer because you'll be living them. The technology sucks big time and systems don't talk to each other more frequently than they do.

      Avantages

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Inconvénients

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
