      work / life balance is good. free bagels on wednesdays. free fruit on tuesdays. free soft drinks every day. free ping pong. free gym. good benefits. office supplies abound. free acetaminophen. mail room will ship out all packages -- very convenient.

      Inconvénients

      everything else. completely disorganized, no business ownership, work is duplicated because communication is so poor within the company and nobody knows who does what. promotions are arbitrary because job roles are unclear and not well defined.

      Avantages

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Inconvénients

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
