      Avantages

      The day to day people you work with are great. There are definitely worse companies out there.

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. Don't expect promotions no matter how hard or long you work there. Amazing annual reviews? Great, but they'll let you at the drop of a Depop. Definitely not Remote friendly after the pandemic. Forced RTO post-covid even though you end up badging in just to find a break out room to Zoom to get your work done. Or they let you go to find cheaper, less experienced workers in Toronto.

      Avantages

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Inconvénients

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
