      Avantages

      One of the biggest challenges is leadership's (CEO) tendency to react emotionally on petty issues. Decisions and feedback can sometimes be influenced by immediate frustration rather than measured assessment of the situation. This can create uncertainty for employees and make difficult conversations less productive than they could be. He needs to build emotional intelligence and learn how to stay calm no matter how bad the situation is.

      Inconvénients

      Low employee morale and limited growth. Can you believe this company is 20 years old and their total employees are still in the range of 30s? No growth! Really something to think about before joining.

      Genuinely a great place to work. e intelligence has people from all over the world and every culture so everyone fits in. The teams are very close and everyone is good friends. My manager is very understanding, compassionate and incredible at his job. he sets the bar high and provides her teams the tools to operate as efficiently as they can. Working at e intelligence has given me ample opportunity to develop my own skill set in a trusting environment. Working with brilliant people has its perks!

      I see nothing bad in the way the company is run, they are good at what they do.
