      Avantages

      Nothing. If you want a company with no work ethics. This should be a good company to work with.

      Inconvénients

      I was being terminated immediately with effect however when I asked them for salary they are still dragging it without a proper timeline. Finally I have to approach Labour court

      It is disappointing to read your review, not because it doesn’t paint a particular positive picture but because this goes against all our beliefs at E-Solutions and the experiences that are shared by so many of us. New hires are tomorrow’s superstars and we invest a lot of time and efforts in helping them achieve their full potential, starting with a week’s induction.       Sadly there are no pros.

      This is scam, avoid this company. They promise good wages and ask you to provide your personal data and bank data but they never pay you. They boast to have AI LLM projects and seek to attract people for working on it. I've been working on it too until one month and a half ago but I still haven't been paid. I know other colleagues which are in the same situation. The communication with the HR team and with the supervisors has been difficult from the beggining, since they take long delays to answer and their answers are very confusing, lacking details. However, after asking about the payment they stopped completely replying. I also got removed out of the Whatsapp internal discussion group because I asked that.
