      -Passion for the environment -Passion for charities -There are some great employees there

      Inconvénients

      -Young, inexperienced managers -High School atmosphere -Job responsibilities changed on the regular, no consistency -No real job training (75% of what I learned about the company was NOT from my manager) -The hardest workers are way underpaid

      Avantages

      Company is generous with compensation, bonuses, benefits, free food, etc. Very friendly staff/coworkers. Flexible with personal needs. Very positive company culture. Management listens to employee suggestions. A good deal of autonomy given to employees.

      Inconvénients

      Some managers are more effective than others. Company is still working on fair/consistent employee policies. Workload can vary depending upon position.
