Dear colleague, Thank you for writing your detailed review as a long-standing employee in a management position. We appreciate that you are aware of our strong legacy. We are always striving to stay competitive in this fast-changing industry and make decisions with only the best interests of our colleagues in mind. I see that there are some aspects that you are not satisfied with. We are sorry to hear that our policy implementation has been haphazard for you and that you think we are not investing enough in our colleagues.
