Avantages
ZEFR has a fun company culture that's very fitting for someone that's fresh out of film school. Feels a lot like College itself. Can be a good "survival job" for someone attempting to break into the entertainment industry(in theory).
Inconvénients
-Insultingly low pay -Repetitive Tedious work that goes unappreciated -Low Morale makes working there depressing after the first month -No Benefits -No PTO -It is clear that the business model is set up to make the management rich while considering the entry level workers disposable and easily replaceable. Commonly referred to as the "Starbucks" mentality. -Little to no room for upward movement in the company. What little movement does happen, is convoluted and based on nepotism.
