Avantages
Environment: the work space, both literally and figuratively, is extremely welcoming and relaxed. If you value open space to be creative and build your own schedule then this office is ideal. Workload: Like any job, there are deadlines and expectations, but collaboration is welcome here and micromanagement does not occur. Perspective: This is a company that understands the value of investing in driven employees. As an employee with a professional background outside of business/marketing, YDOP has not only given me the opportunity to learn and grow -- they have created an environment in which I have an immediate impact on their business while simultaneously having the freedom to learn how my background in education can impact and be impacted by internet marketing and content creation. First company I've come across in which the 5 year experience + higher education expectation paradox does not occur.
Inconvénients
Unpredictable Hours: Perhaps an opinion that is too subjective, but if there is any downside to being a part-time employee here it is simply that your hours can inflate and deflate as incoming client work ebbs and flows (possibly seasonal).
