      I enjoy the challenge of launching a company in a new direction. Implementing a CRM, training program, Power Point training presentation, trade shows in 11 states,

      Inconvénients

      Budget constraints restricting us from growing as fast as we can. On the road 74 hotels 11 states 4 time zones 150 plus days on the road was just a little to much. 1 or 2 time zones would have been more productive.
