      Avantages

      Great people to work with, good salary.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management from the top, high turnover, very little training, chances for advancement are at the whim of the president and can be pulled out from underneath you with one wrong action.

      Avantages

      If you want to learn and advance your career WV is the place to do it. There are multiple avenues you can explore and opportunities you can take advantage of. Be willing to look for those and don’t wait for them to be handed to you. You will be rewarded. The people are what makes WV a place where you want to come to work.

      Inconvénients

      There are cons. WV can be mentally and physically exhausting, and there will be days that you will want to throw in the towel. It’s definitely not for everyone.

      Avantages

      there are no pros working a lot of hours and not getting paid enough

      Inconvénients

      * product is not good * customers are told one thing and another thing is done * roadmap is unclear/disorganized * too many hands in the kitchen * every person who actually knows how to work ends up leaving the company * underpaid + overworked
