      - Too much political power in Technology side - Many leaders in Technology tree are bad in terms of technical skills, which leads to the fact that they usually treat their teams based on their feeling - not based on the contribution - The projects usually not require high level of skill set

      Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
