Avantages
The people are honestly lovely, loved my team and managers. They have become friends outside of work. They are always hardworking, putting in above average effort, and always willing to help.
The PTO days were pretty generous.
Inconvénients
Overall, just felt undervalued. I put in a lot of extra work beyond my job description and was met with more work. Felt constantly short staffed. My manager tried to help me get a (much deserved) promotion after over a year, but it was met with a lot of pushback from higher up the chain. Even when I ended up getting it, I had to add more to my plate.
It was just a very stressful dynamic to always feel like I was going above and beyond but not being compensated fairly and then being expected to do more.
