      Avantages

      A great international team who are really driven by what they do Moderate culture (no tribes, no super loud slogans to change the world). A quality product - a fresh approach to project and business management Having a work-life balance Good founders leadership and C-level execs no bureaucracy but the processes run smoothly

      Inconvénients

      Probably the most important thing to consider right now is that the company is now going through a growth phase of a team of a few dozen to a few hundred people. There may therefore be known side-effects for startups in this stage But it also presents certain opportunities (including career and personal development opportunities)

      Sophia Raymund has been with me for a few years now and I can honestly say that she has made this the most positive experience I could’ve asked for! Such a blessing to have such encouraging and consistency in management!!! She’s not just a good person but she actually cares and wants to make sure I’m happy in my position! Wonderful company altogether!!
