      Leadership does not trust staff, Leadership turns a blind eye to staff issues, Low pay scale, Extremely high turnover (approximately 20 people left within 12 months)

      Avantages

      I had an amazing internship! Laura from the Houston office allowed us to work with different departments and learn from the legal team too.

      Avantages

      Staff is resourceful and passion-driven. They don't get support from the upper staff, and when they do, it is with ill intent, so most employees are great at problem-solving. Pretty good salaries and PTO

      Inconvénients

      Poor management. There's zero accountability for internal culture issues since there is no HR department. There are no opportunities for growth; if you work here for 12 years, you will still be in the bottom tier. You'll work overtime with no sense of boundaries coming from management. You could get terminated or face disciplinary action for speaking up.
