      Avantages

      Plenty of good exposure to a variety of technology. Can move up from entry level easily. Great place to gain experience quickly. However, there are likely better companies in the area for this. Admin staff and certain positions seem happy.

      Inconvénients

      Seems to under appreciate experienced employees. Watched most of their experienced staff leave over the last 18 months. Few employees left with more than 12 months of experience. Environment limits technical growth past 2 or 3 years of experience. Makes drastic management and structural changes often with little communication. Managment seems to be annoyed by anyone who tries to provide constructive critism. They like to legally bully employees that try to go to any NC company In a even remotely related field. In the current state I would not recommend to any experienced technical colleagues.

It is certainly our belief that innovation comes from team members that are provided opportunities to learn and develop. We know that part of being an MSP is dealing with the unexpected and while we try to continually look for ways to mitigate interruptions and emergencies sometimes, they are just the reality of our business.       Avantages

      Frequent Swag. Extra benefits from healthcare like the EAP and free virtual physical therapy. The people are pretty awesome. Great work life balance. No one is forced to work extra hours.

      Inconvénients

      Restructuring every year sometimes 2-3 times a year. They've done a few layoffs of 'unnecessary positions' only to rehire for that same position within 6 months. There are some groups of cliques that will bully you if you don't agree with things.
