      Avantages

      WPI is very flexible when it comes to shift requirements for students. Generally the atmosphere is great and positive. Outstanding in fostering school spirit and pride in the company.

      Inconvénients

      The work is often repetitive and monotonous, however they do their best to make it as enjoyable as possible. The pay is adequate, maybe a little low, however as the school being not-for-profit, it is acceptable.

      Avantages

      Can be pretty easy if most of your work is office hours. I had about seven hours a week and most of the time there weren't many students.

      Inconvénients

      Grading was a lot harder than I expected. Pretty demoralizing honestly; a lot of clearly ChatGPT submissions (ECE programming class mostly with freshmen who'd never seen code before, so not surprising). Grading paper exams was fine.
