      Avantages

      - Great bunch of people for the most part - You’ll get exposed to a lot of different projects working there - You’ll be given a lot of responsibility quickly - Good client base

      Inconvénients

      - Payment package was average - Formal external training for employees could’ve been better (although they seem to be addressing this) - High workload with not much support at times - Sometimes get in over their heads in terms of what the technical abilities of their staff are vs what a project requires
