      Avantages

      Opportunity to work on a diverse range of technologies. Great place to build a strong understanding of Networking and IT In general. Promotes from within. Flexible workplace.

      Inconvénients

      Often Non existent work/life balance. Worked on PTO on several occasions. Working long hours, nights and weekends on short notice was common for Engineers. Pay was in no way competitive. No overtime pay. No meaningful benefits. Brutally understaffed. There is a bit of a corporate cult of personality. Goalposts constantly moving. Felt more like a lifestyle than a job.

      I liked my direct co-workers a lot

      Inconvénients

      This was a terrible work environment, There was no work/life balance. Routinely lost my nights and weekends to managements last minute promises. No sufficient benefits - Had coworkers struggling to make ends meet while pouring all their energy into this place, only to be tossed aside. This was an environment built around greed, presented as a wonderful opportunity.
