      Avantages

      The organization's striving to be inclusive and it's decent at it.

      Inconvénients

      Personally, my job feels very stagnant. Little room to move up in the organization-the job openings are very competitive and also when there are viable ones that open up, more often than not they're part time and I can't afford to live off of them.

      Avantages

      The people at this library are amazing. Everybody is interesting and passionate about what they do. The work is enjoyable, rewarding, and fun for the most part. Management is generally very supportive of staff.

      Inconvénients

      The pay, even for PSA roles, is low in comparison to the cost of living in the area and the wages at neighboring libraries. There are also very few opportunities for full-time advancement, and almost none beyond the PSA level.
