Working at Weekendesk was an enriching experience. Overall, it was a place where collaboration and development were strongly encouraged.
Inconvénients
While my overall experience was positive, one of the main challenges was the lack of transparency in decision-making. Top-level management often implemented major changes without consulting teams, leading to confusion and frequent reorganizations. This instability sometimes made it difficult to plan ahead and stay aligned with company goals. In addition, it's hard to progress in some positions.
