      Avantages

      1. There are many projects to work on which will increase your experience. 2. Its flexible and remote but you must show up when there are emergencies and standup

      Inconvénients

      1. Salaries always delays and sometimes you have remind person in charge. 2. Strategy for awarding bonuses is not achievable. 3. No systems in place to onboard new devs. You just have to figure out eveything by yourself in hours even on first day. 4. Contract agreement to raise pay after probation is a scam. Negotiate for the best base pay you deem fit.
