Management is very involved and knowledgeable. Always willing to get involved to help. Never felt unsupported. Constantly investing in new technology and innovation.

None really to speak of.

The company was good for a few years but once the money started to come in they turned into a greedy company and they do not know how to run a business or take care of their employees.

When being interviewed you will hear all good things, but once you are in the mix they will treat you as just a number. They feel as if everyone is replaceable and do not know how to treat employees. If they had an HR department (which they do not) they would have a lot of complaints. Very low salary for the industry Constantly cutting commissions (sometimes by half or more) and unpaid bonuses Unwilling to be flexible to employees and controlling. For example asking to work from home from time to time for a mental disability and being told no and harassed constantly if you speak up that others work from home and are 100% remote. I could go on and on . If you look at their longest tenured employees they really do not have any and everyone leaves once they see the true colors. Ask for 2 references from previous employees if you decide to work there...it's common for all companies to lose employees.
