Inconvénients

Ad Sales Management is constantly shifting priorities and not sharing with management. You will be chewed out for not performing a task you didn't know you should be performing. Priorities are constantly shifting, and today's fire drill will be forgotten tomorrow. No differentiation between direct sales products and networks. Management is far more concerned with managing their own job security than developing staff or products that fit. When clients present objections, or when the market place presents challanges, the answer is always "Push harder, push harder". Seagull management at its finest.

Avantages

Working at Groundtruth/WeatherBug has helped me reach personal goals in my career and work on interesting problems, and provide me with opportunity to gain experience for my next goals. The culture promotes collaboration and ownership and is in an industry that I really love. Weather patterns are fascinating.

Inconvénients

Some teams don’t always have long term stability and have contributed features or results that didn’t really pan out, or have turned into tech debt to paid down.
