      akways busy, kind and caring staff along with wonderful managers. Make going to work easy

      Inconvénients

      new team members were lower on the list of importance. People who have been there longer have more sonority.

      Avantages

      Owners know every employee's name, even though they own several, much larger companies all across the country. The General Manager is the greatest person to work for - I will never find another boss as great as him. Staff is super friendly - family type atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room to grow, high turnover, owners do not know much about the restaurant industry.
