      Avantages

      Great if you have a family because the work doesn't follow you home unless you voluntarily take it with you. Opportunity to move around internally is high. Knowledge of the existing system is highly valued.

      Inconvénients

      Low adherence to standard IT best practices. Efficiencies and not realized with department specialization. Compensation is not competitive with the market.

      Avantages

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      pay was decent I guess

      Inconvénients

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
