      Flexible working hours apart from this nothings is good.

      Inconvénients

      1. Worst work culture 2. Too much work load 3. HR is for namesake no use of them 4. Nothing to Learn new. Too old technology. 5. Never allow fro new technology. 6. Salary is not as per the market standards

      Avantages

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Inconvénients

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
