Avantages
WS was a great place before 2024 - thats when major management changes happened. While leaving the company is the biggest pro, there are "some" employees that are caring and great to work with.
Inconvénients
Hiring incompetent people and poor resource allocation has greatly affected the cmpany's performance. Favoring specific employees makes many others look for opportunities elsewhere. Management only listens to certain employees. Toxic working environment through bullying, lack of respect, bias. Lack of appreciation and recognition Micromanagement Lack of accountability
